We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders will ship on Monday or Tuesday of each week pending updates within the page. Example: if you placed the order the week before, orders will close on Fridays, your order will be shipped next week. Doveny Bake House cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, you will receive a follow-up once your order is on its way!
We have set a minimum order to ensure that each batch of cookies is freshly baked and delivered with the highest quality and care.
By having a minimum order, we are able to keep our cookies fresh, reduce waste, and provide the best possible experience for each customer.
In addition, it allows us to better manage our baking and delivery processes, ensuring you get your cookies quickly and at their best. We appreciate your understanding.
Sometimes, certain flavors of cookies may not be available due to some factors, such as ingredient availability, baking schedules, or seasonal demand.
We always strive to offer a variety of your favorite flavors, but some cookies may be temporarily out of stock while we make fresh batches and different flavors.
We encourage you to check back regularly, as our menu is updated to bring you the best freshly baked treats.
Placing an order is easy!
Simply visit our website, select your desired cookies, and choose your quantity. Once you’ve added your treats to your cart, proceed to checkout and provide your payment and shipping details.
We’ll handle the rest and get your cookies to you as quickly as possible.
At Doveny Bake House, we take pride in using high-quality, fresh ingredients to craft each of our delicious cookies.
Here’s a general overview of the ingredients we use: Flour (All-purpose, self-rising flour or whole wheat, depending on the cookie) Essences, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Leavening powder, Salt, Chocolates, Nuts (Such as walnuts, macadamia nuts, or almonds, etc.) Oats/Raisins (For oatmeal or fruity varieties) Peanut Butter, and Various Spices.
We aim to serve everyone and help to make your life sweeter, however we do not have any gluten-free option yet.
